    Rice kheer is a classic Indian rice pudding. Easy to make, just add milk, boil it and cool it ...Ready in within 30 minutes.

    Follow the cooking method and make this traditional dessert at home for a perfect dessert experience.

    Ingredients: Kheer Rice, Rock sugar, Cardamom Powder, Nutmeg Powder, Chopped Almonds, Chopped Cashew, Raisins.

    Cooking Method:

    • Rinse the rice and soak in water for half an hour. Drain and keep a side.
    • In a deep, heavy bottom pan, add oil or butter 1-2 tsp.
    • Add drain rice. Sauté 1-2 minutes. Add five cups of whole milk. Once start boiling the milk turn heat medium to slow.
    • Simmer over low flame about 30 minutes, till the rice is cooked, stirring occasionally.
    • Add sugar, and half content of spice and nuts mix.
    • Stir till sugar gets dissolved properly. Turn off the heat.
    • It will thicken a little more when you let it cool.
    • Garnish with other half nuts and spice mix, serve hot or chilled.

    Storage: For any unused package contents, reseal or transfer to an airtight container and keep it in a dry, dark place.
